The TRUTH PARTY a First Peoples Party is an association of Autochthonous peoples together with this nation’s Sovereign Nationals, who share certain principals, visions, values and goals, as set out herein, and who believe in the Power to the People and their unalienable rights. They listen to the people of this Nation and govern by committee, equally balanced between the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine, who resource information from a table of Hereditary Matriarchs and Hereditary Chiefs, and will deliver the information on caring for and governance over the land to the to the People or the (House of Commons if that is the case) for the purpose of evolving these principals.
The TRUTH PARTY is committed to upholding the rights and dignity of each individual of this Nation and in society, committed to the protection of the people and Mother Earth in a balanced framework of Natural Law, under the Creator.
The TRUTH PARTY is bound to the Principles, Decree of the Autochthonous and Sacred Code of Ethics- Obligations set out herein.
The TRUTH PARTY recognized that the Autochthonous language is the first language of the land but treats English and French with equal respect.
The TRUTH PARTY upholds the freedoms and unalienable rights of the people of this Nation, including their freedom of speech, beliefs, expression, trade, worship, and protest and we will always be available, and it is and will be our duty and pleasure to answer questions of the people of this Nation.

Love: All decisions are made with love for sentient beings, Mother Earth, and the freedom of all, recognizing we are all equal under the creator, and we all have the right to live unimpeded with dignity, freedom, property and fair commerce. We encourage and embolden all to reclaim our Sacred Ground as sentient extensions of Mother Earth.
Protection: We commit to safeguarding all sentient beings-children, elders, and the wisdom they carry-and the integrity of Mother Earth. Leadership with Protection a Hippocratic oath (to do no harm) of all sentient beings, women, children and Mother Earth. Protection of families, family values, family unit, ceremonies, rituals, rights to gather and right to worship. Protection of the elderly and respect for their wisdom and ancestral knowledge. Protection of history and information in the written word, oral, song and dance. Protection of freedom of speech, peaceful protest, travel, expression, beliefs and bodily sovereignty for the sentient beings. Protection of our land, forests, waters, skies and seeds.
Sovereignty: We uphold the sovereignty of the people and the nation. Leadership to protect Sovereignty – for all living beings, unalienable rights and Mother Earth – Earth Rights – My Body My choice.
Truth and Transparency: Leadership with Truth, accountability and transparency We value accountability in all our actions.
Integrity and Responsibility: Leadership with Integrity, Responsibility for our actions and words. We recognize that our word carries responsibility for the well-being of the seventh generation. Balance: Leadership with Balance between the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine uphold Balance of nature in the Biosphere, we listed to each species and we do not take more than we need. We commit to taking only what we need, carefully weighing and balancing every decision.

- We will hold our former leaders and Colonial systems accountable for their crimes and order that all monies made from their unlawful actions be returned to our nations sovereign nationals
- That these lands that are unceded belong to the Autochthonous of these lands and can be managed by them in a healthy way, respecting Mother Earth and allowing the Earth to provide to the sentient beings in this nation. The priority is that everyone on these lands received what is entitled to them and that is clean food, clean water, medicines, healthy medical treatment and housing.

a.k.a. Gina Mae Schubert – Yahgulaanaas – Haida Nation
Gina Mae Schubert is a mother of two children was born and raised between Prince Rupert, B. C. and Haida Gwaii.
She is the great granddaughter of Capitan Andrew Brown “Owt’iwans- Big Eagle” a great argillite carver and ship builder. Her Mother was Jean Nora Bellis and her dad, Dudley James Schubert, born in North Vancouver, was a Canadian prisoner of the 2nd World War, and a descendant of the Overlanders.
She holds two degrees, a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design and is a graduate of Emily Carr University of Art and Design, and has 6 years of academic education.
Gina Mae thinks in systems and is focused on solutions for her community and nation. Her passion is to restore the connection between the people and Mother Earth and sees the return of governance over the land to the Divine Feminine Matriarchs which will allow for the healing of mankind and the Earth. She works as a designer in Vancouver, and is the founder of Manifesto of Matriarchs www.manifesto-of-matriarchs.com

Language Keeper
Tthenaltther a,k. a. Maryjane Sayazie is a keeper of the sacred Dene language. Her Dene name is Tthenaltther and her English name is Maryjane Sayazie. She was born in Uranium City, but raised in Black Lake, Saskatchewan, ( also known as IR 359, Black.
Lake Sask camp). She is the spirit of her ancestors who prayed for the descendants of the Removal of Camp 10 that was in Churchill, Manitoba. Her Maternal grandparents and their children, escapees of Camp 10 the Removal of Denesųłine from their sacred lands to Churchill Manitoba Camp 10. Through the power of the state, the catholic church, and the department
of Indian affairs displaced her people and had them moved to Stoney Sask, presently referred
to as camp IR 359. On her paternal side of the family, they originated around Wollaston, Sask., Treaty 10, they are also Metis and have been displaced again by being included in Treaty 8 territory which is in the heart of the “Uranium Rush” in which they want to open the land up for exploration and destroy another part of our sacred Mother Earth.
She says: “It is in my DNA, blood, and soul that my responsibility as a Denededliné woman is to protect our sacred mother earth through teaching my survival skills which my grandmother passed down to me. I am reclaiming sacred Dene yatie chanie to reconnect with our sacred Mother Earth. Through our prayers to the universe which may never be stolen by any churches, governments, or peoples we will continue to honor and claim our love for all living things under our expansive skies and to each other as Denededliné.” Ttheghosna NIHOŁTS’ĘNI / Great Spirit grant me a long sacred life. Born in Ottawa, Ontario at a time of great expansion, her birth was highly anticipated by her relations. Her coming was prophesied by her ancestor, all her relation’s came to celebrate her arrival, understanding she had come to share the knowledge of the ancients and lead the Seventh generation with the sacred light of her wisdom. A 6th Generation Shaman of 7 indigenous nations, she is a carrier of ancient wisdom and sacred codes of truth, she is a seer, a wisdom keeper, leader and advocate for family, community and Mother Earth.
Rainbow hosts sacred ceremonies, sweat lodges, vision quests, shamanic training, and facilitating consciousness expansion retreats. Journeying into the complexities of healing ancestral pain, implementing holistic methods as a skilled healer through a traditional lens, with a primordial understanding of complexities of our modern human condition. She’s had the privilege of collaborating indigenous wisdom and protocols with her expanded family of Hereditary Chiefs, Elders and Wisdom Keepers on the traditional Lil’wat Nation lands nestled in the Pacific Coastal Mountain Range.
Growing up in the Majestic Gatineau Hills, Rainbows environment nurtured her gifts of sight and her endemic connection with nature leading her to souls passion, one that would set the course of her life. Through her love of skiing she developed a deep understanding of how wildly sacred the Mountains truly were. Relocating to the Rocky Mountains in Banff she coached in ski camps from the Alps, Switzerland, through Europe’s highest peaks, professionally racing on the international scene, recently retiring from her Ski Instructing career near her home in Pemberton BC. Majoring in Communications, Radio and Film she found working in the broadcasting milieu is where she found her voice. Rainbow went on to create exclusive jewelry brands, showcasing her collections in galleries and museums across America.
A mother, author, artist, wisdom keeper, medicine woman and leader, she’s committed to sharing her sacred knowledge as a seasoned shamanic practitioner, following ancient sacred codes that bring harmony and balance, creating sacred spaces that connect back to our original blue prints and authentic selves, guiding seekers to their highest timelines.

Born on Haida Gwaii BC, she grew up a fisherman’s daughter, her mother Gulxah Jaad, a Haida Queen who came from a long line of Warrior Chiefs from the Clan of Iljuwas; one of few clans who’s women fought in battle alongside the men. Her mother’s influence immersed her in her culture while her Father Wylie, a legendary fisherman on the west coast was Metis, Cree/Dene; his forefathers sat on the table of eight with Louis Riel and fought in the Great Northwest Rebellion at the Battle of Batoche; after being betrayed by their allies, severely outnumbered they were defeated and hung for treason, at which time Riel prophesied;
“My people will sleep for one hundred years, but when they awake it will be the artists who give them their spirit back.”
Dåal kåa Jaad’s family relocated from Haida Gwaii to the Northwest Coastal town of Prince Rupert. She spent much of her formative years on her father’s fish boat gaining experience on the ocean while at the same time her aunt Blanche (Wylie’s sister) was another foundational role model, initiating unprecedented crusades for the empowerment of indigenous women, she was one very few women entrepreneurs her era, who remarkably as an indigenous woman founded Blanche Macdonald Modelling Agency. Her influences combined with rich culture of her Haida heritage and growing up on the North-Coast gave her a unique perspective and unconquerable spirit. Eventually following in her father’s footsteps she became a sea captain, chartering her boat on the west-coast, most recently launching Totem
Daal Kaa Jaad is an activist for the protection of children, the Earth and all sentient beings and the voices of the Matriarchs.
Land Management Technologies, for governance of indigenous nations; a culmination of her life’s work that offer revolutionary solutions for the Emancipation/Sovereignty and self Governance of Indigenous Nations.
Dulcah-Jaad is a writer, medicine woman, traditional knowledge keeper and visionary. A single mother of 3 beautiful daughters and 4 amazing grandchildren, she is a survivor and strategist. Her mission; to restore balance, asseverate Universal Sovereignty by revolutionizing governance; reinstating the voice of the “Matriarchs” and honoring the eminence of sacred feminine.
